Un’importante azienda già presente sul territorio nell’ambito della moda e del design decide di realizzare un nuovo negozio dedicato esclusivamente agli accessori di moda femminile. A tale scopo viene dato l’incarico di realizzare un progetto per allestire un piccolo spazio in continuità con l’immagine e la filosofia dell’azienda, pur con spazi e necessità espositive molto diverse dagli store già esistenti.

Per dare alle clienti la possibilità di scegliere un paio di scarpe con il massimo piacere e comfort si è pensato innanzitutto di definire uno spazio dedicato alla prova molto accogliente e allo stesso tempo stimolante. La concezione del progetto ha preso origine dal posizionamento delle sedute per lo spazio di prova e dalle quinte espositive che circondavano tale ambito.
Ciò che si affaccia sullo spazio centrale del negozio diviene fonte di emozioni diverse, grazie anche ai materiali e alle superfici che lo sguardo incontra.

Le superfici interagiscono continuamente tra loro; il pavimento in rovere grezzo piano sega si contrappone al rivestimento del blocco scale/impianti rivestito in Perspex bianco satinato e ai muri finiti ad intonaco grezzo steso a frattazzo, fino alla laccatura lucida dei mobili e delle mensole bianchi. Contrastano con l’interno gli spazi vetrina caratterizzati dai pannelli in MDF nero oliato e un pavimento in granito nero alla base; al loro interno gli espositori e le mensole in vetro grigio riflettente. 
ggetti di design contemporaneo classici mescolati a nuovi oggetti creati recentemente da giovani artisti-designer del Nord Europa interrompono il silenzio e l’essenzialità degli elementi fissi realizzati con lo scopo di esporre le calzature e gli accessori.

L’illuminazione artificiale ha un ruolo fondamentale nel disegnare lo spazio e dare il giusto risalto agli oggetti esposti. Nelle gole create a soffitto, sono stati posti dei faretti direzionabili a binario che producono una luce sia diffusa che d’accento, mentre in sommità alla grande tenda in lino grezzo che cela la zona cassa e il camerino è stata collocata una fila di faretti a incasso che, con la loro luce radente, esaltano la bellezza del materiale e le forme della tenda. Contributo fondamentale al gioco di luci è quella che emerge in trasparenza dall’involucro in Perspex bianco opalino che riveste il blocco scala. Alla base della parete opalescente, nello spessore del solaio, è stato installato un sistema di luce policroma regolabile in grado di riprodurre numerosi scenari.

An important company already operating in the region, in the fashion and design sector, decided to open a new store exclusively dedicated to women's fashion accessories. With this in mind, the assignment was to come up with a design to fit out a small space in keeping with the image and philosophy of the company, albeit with very different spaces and display needs from already existing stores.

To give customers the opportunity of choosing a pair of shoes with great pleasure and comfort it was first of all decided to define a trying on area that was very cosy and inspiring at the same time. The design concept came from the positioning of the seats in the trying on area and the display wings surrounding that area.
That which faces onto the central space of the store becomes a source of different emotions, also thanks to the materials and surfaces that meet the eye.

The surfaces continuously interact with each other; the rough-sawn oak flooring contrasts with the finish of the systems/stairs block covered with satin white Perspex, the walls rough-plastered with a plastering trowel, and the glossy lacquer of the furniture and white shelves. The interior contrasts with the shop window spaces which are characterized by oiled black MDF panels and a black granite floor at the base; inside them the display stands and shelves are made of reflective grey glass.
Objects of classical contemporary design mixed with objects created recently by artist-designers from northern Europe interrupt the silence and essential nature of the fixed elements created for the purpose of displaying the shoes and accessories.

The artificial lighting plays a key role in describing the space and gives the right emphasis to the objects on display. Directional spotlights on tracks, which produce diffused as well as accent lighting, are positioned within grooves created in the ceiling, while above the large coarse linen curtain concealing the till area and changing room is a row of recessed spotlights which, with their radiant light, enhance the beauty of the material and forms of the curtain. The transparency emerging from the white opaline Perspex casing covering the stairs block provides a fundamental contribution to the interplay of lights. At the base of the opalescent wall, within the thickness of the floor, a system of adjustable polychromatic lights has been installed capable of producing numerous effects.
