Il committente decide di acquistare un appartamento al mare per le vacanze all’interno di un palazzo residenziale la cui costruzione è appena iniziata. Viene richiesto un progetto di personalizzazione totale dell’unità immobiliare rispetto a quanto proposto dal costruttore, sia riguardo alla distribuzione degli spazi che ai materiali di finitura e agli impianti, ed infine lo studio dell’illuminazione e dell’arredamento.
L’appartamento si affaccia a Sud per tutta la sua lunghezza, con un grande terrazzo che permette uno sguardo panoramico sul mare a pochi metri dal palazzo ma anche sulla bellissima laguna più a Est che si perde fino all’Istria.
La luce abbondante che entra dalle vetrate affacciate sul terrazzo invade gli spazi interni e si irradia grazie alle superfici chiare e agli essenziali elementi d’arredo. Fondamentali il pavimento continuo in cemento-resina di colore quasi bianco e dall’aspetto molto morbido e caldo, i tessuti delle tende e gli elementi di arredo in legno grezzo.
The client decided to buy a holiday apartment at the seaside in a residential building, the construction of which had just begun. The assignment was to produce a fully customized design for the apartment with respect to what the constructor had proposed, with regard to both the distribution of the spaces and the finishing materials and systems, and finally the study of the lighting and furnishings.
The entire length of the apartment faces south and has a large terrace affording a panoramic view over the sea just a short distance from the building, but also over a beautiful lagoon to the east, extending as far as Istria.
The abundant light that enters from the large windows overlooking the terrace occupies the internal spaces and radiates outwards thanks to the light surfaces and the essential furnishing elements. Key features are the continuous concrete resin floor, almost white in colour but with a very soft and warm appearance, the curtain fabrics and the furnishing elements in untreated wood.
